Credit to my son for the photo. Credit to Emily Dickinson for the words. I just smooshed them together.

Speaking of all those leaves on the ground, here's three good reasons why you shouldn't rake your leaves.
I want to have a Harry Potter party just like this one. Every little detail. Wow.

We observed Remembrance Day this week, so we're all clear to start Christmas decorating this weekend.
Happy Friday, happy weekend!
Dickinson is perfect for that first photo - so wonderfully perfect. And it is true - the change is amazingly fast when it is time for winter to take over. That dog in his coat cracks me up! I've never been much of one for dressing animals, but because our parents do not have grandchildren, the dogs have become their outlet. LOL!
ReplyDeletethank you for sharing with us at Photo Friday this week!
I love that stuffing in a bundt pan idea! Brilliant and so attractive -- easy to serve, too!
ReplyDeleteWe have had a fabulous autumn here in Normandy (France) too but it is gradually giving way to winter now. I love the mugs on the lower shelf, they are just the shape I love for my green tea ... but hot chocolate has to be in a rounder mug! Do yo have favourite mugs for different drinks?
ReplyDeleteOur fall leaves are all off the trees now too after a couple really windy days! Anyway, Happy Weekend! And thank you for linking up! #fridayfrivolity
ReplyDeleteGreat job on that photo! Gorgeous. Those colours have pretty much faded around here now. And YES!!! Why why are raking our leaves? I always thought that so strange. When I grew up in the country, we never went out and raked the lawn. Who cared?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely trying those Smores Mini Dippers!!! Awesome. They would have been perfect after ice skating yesterday.
Love all your photos. The fall colors are beautiful and calming. I like that dog in a coat.

ReplyDeleteI love the photo of the dog wearing a coat and it's lovely to see so many pics of Autumn in Canada. Over in the UK it's been incredibly warm for the time of year and I have plants in the garden that are flowering again!
ReplyDeleteThat photo is amazing. Kudos to your son.
ReplyDeleteTime to research what Freshii is, because it looks like something I want in my life.
What's better than dogs in coats? My dog gets cold easily.
And S'Mores Mini Dippers! I'm a huge fan of pumpkin spice lattes at home, but I've never tried molasses. Yum.
