Sometimes you just have to grab a friend and hit the road.
The Village at Blue Mountain was a great place to spend the afternoon, even though we weren't skiing.
The Christmas store was full of beautiful things.
Including some fun Easter displays.
Beavertails and Poutine, of course.
Chocolate.
Gargoyles.
Lunch at the Firehall.
Winter is over (despite the winter storm headed our way tonight) but I hope to return to Blue Mountain with the whole family next winter...with skis and snowboards!
Happy Wednesday!
Looks very similar to Banff and Jasper here in Alberta!

Looks like a really fun place to spend the day. I'd love to poke around some of those shops!
ReplyDeleteWell this brings back memories!!! I haven't been there in ages. Ages!!! This would have been a great trip with my mom this year, but like you say, next year! The Pita Pit was one of my all time favourite eating places. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteAhh, I love it there! I have only been in summer though.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! This place is way beyond cute! Every shops and every detail is just so colorful and photogenic! #pocolo
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful and crisp with some interesting shops :) #pocolo
ReplyDeleteIt looks so beautiful. I love the bright colours all the shops have chosen to paint with, it makes it all look so inviting.
ReplyDeleteSounds a perfect afternoon - and yes sometimes you just need to do what you need to do! Thanks for linking to #PoCoLo
