April Fool's Day, and Broken Bones

Boys will be boys.

They will horse around on the way home from school.

Maybe they'll fall.

And maybe they'll land in the strangest possible way.

And break their arm.

Multiple fracture.

Ambulance ride.

Surgery.

An April Fool's Day we won't soon forget.

Let the healing begin.

  7. Oh no, painful! We haven't had any broken bones in the house yet. I dread the day one of my children hurts themselves enough to require an ambulance trip, so scary!

  11. Oh no!!! that looks really painful! Wishing him a speedy recovery!!
It's amazing - I fell out of the hayloft once and didn't break anything. A horrible scratch on my lower back that hurt for weeks, but nothing worse.
then my male cousin simply jumps down from a fence ...and breaks his darn leg!! like, how?
