The regular hockey season may have officially ended, but there's still some school hockey to be played. Yesterday we hit the road for a one day tournament. I was thrilled to be driving on dry roads under sunny skies for the first time in months.
The best part - no boots or winter coats required.
Looks like you had a fun day! Glad to hear spring has arrived.
ReplyDeleteMy boys never did play hockey, but I understand it is a big commitment. It must be fun to watch him play! Yes, spring is making an appearance in MA too. Thank the Lord!
ReplyDeleteI thought of you today because it was so warm(ish) and sunny and I thought, "I hope they're watching their snow melt too."
ReplyDeleteScarlet went to her first hockey game recently and LOVED it.
Look at the weather! So awesome =)
ReplyDeleteThank you for boarding the great blog train and visiting Three SIsters and Us! Hockey seems to never end. :)

Bet they had a lot of fun playing hockey.
ReplyDeleteRather them than me Jenn.......great pics though.
ReplyDeleteAwesome hockey shots! I yet have to go to a hockey game. I think it has been 20 years that I did ;)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it the best when you don't have to wear a winter coat anymore? Or even just for a day here and there :)
ReplyDeleteI love hockey! We went to a Washington Caps game last month. I wish we had hockey here in Richmond.
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh - if I can send my kids to school tomorrow with splash pants instead of snow pants - I swear I will do cartwheels on the front lawn. Well, if could that is - even it didn't still have 2 feet of snow on it. But - my driveway is dry and I will take that for now.
ReplyDeleteDry roads, no coats, and watching your son play? Sounds win-win to me too. :)
ReplyDeleteCan you believe that this Alabama girl has never seen a hockey game?
ReplyDeleteHockey without needing a coat does sound appealing. :)
Just a "touch" of spring for us, too! It was a long, cold and snowy winter. I took a trip down near Cape Cod yesterday to visit my aunt and cousin, their spring flowers are all in bloom! Hopefully real soon for us, too. Have a good weekend, Jenn :)
