Weekend in Photos

It would seem that my camera has been on vacation, lounging around in its bag for almost three weeks.  With the exception of a few Instagram shares, I've been a photo-a-day slacker.  There are, after all, only so many photos one can take of snow.  And dirty vehicles that probably haven't been clean since October.

Our hockey schedule was light this weekend, so I was able to spend some quality time in the kitchen.  While the Olympics played out in the background, my beloved stones got a work out.

There was homemade pizza, chicken & broccoli stuffed buns, and a chia seed pudding experiment.  Pizza buns, which disappear in minutes after coming out of the oven.

Dogs underfoot, hoping I'll drop something.

Shopping and reading.

Hockey.

And more snow, just because.

  2. So. Much. Snow. And more coming this week! I have to ask - did the dogs ever get any treats that you dropped?

  3. Everything looks amazing. I agree with Debra and I'd love one of those rolls now too. All that snow looks all to familiar just like outside my window.
Thanks for linking up and sharing with us tonight at Turn It Up Tuesday.

  4. My camera has been in hiding for a week now too. the last time I was out it darn near froze to my hand, and I had a blizzard blowing in my fast. Got some pretty good shots though. But yeah -- how many pictures of a frozen landscape can I take?

  8. I know exactly what you mean about the snow pictures. I have taken so many, too many this year. My dogs sit in the kitchen too waiting for bits to drop. I was wonder after looking at those food shots if I could come over and join your dogs in anticipation of something dropping :) I've not had breakfast yet and now I'm starving!

  13. I am very much with you in having times when the camera just does not seem to want to pop out of it's bag. But, sooner or later it will again. You inspired me with your chicken and broccoli stuffed rolls, I may have to try something when I get hoe.
