Why yes, as a matter of fact, I am.
I'm taking this Photo a Day thing seriously, and if it means snapping a shot of your bedtime snack because I didn't take any other photos today, then so be it.
Or using a few pics shot from a fellow hockey mama's phone... inside the car, windows rolled up tight, as a spring thunderstorm blew in.
Quality photos? Hell no. Memorable storm? Oh ya.
And the sunshine-y corner of my kitchen window.
Or maybe the pencil crayons all lined up OCD style.
These biscuits, warm from the oven.
Just call me Martha. Paparazzi Martha.
haha that's hilarious jenn! i like snapping pictures too and i bet i look like a tourist because i take photos of almost anything anywhere!
ReplyDeletethanks for linking up on the Fun Friday Blog Hop!

I love the everyday, random shots! That's what my phone is full of! I just took a pic of a Weight Watchers ice cream box on the shelf next to the Ben and Jerry's in the store freezer. Somebody obviously had good intentions and then changed their mind! It made me laugh so I snapped a quick pic. The funny, memorable, random, mundane things are what life is made of. Keep taking those pics to savor the memories. Today I posted some pics from overly-ambitious Pinterest Mamas. I'd love for you to check them out: www.RocksNoSaltMommy.com
ReplyDeleteI'm doing the once a day photo challenge too. Not very well mind you.
ReplyDeleteI do that with coloured pencils in a very OCD way too!
ReplyDeleteMy Hubs does that with his crayons. Since he is on dialysis, he spends a lot of time in one place and coloring is a great stress reliever. Every time he gets a new box, all 'like' colors get grouped together.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics, thanks for sharing.

I have never had cream of wheat. My kids are huge fans of cocoa wheats though. We may have to try the other kind sometime!
ReplyDeletethat is great! I can just see their eyes rolling
ReplyDeleteI used to arrange my crayons like that in my crayon box.
ReplyDeleteI love to take snaps like this too :)

Well done Martha Paparazzi!! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the awesome shots!
ReplyDeleteI like to sort my pencils, crayons and markers too but mine have to be in ROYGBIV, which my husband thinks is hilarious.
That cream of wheat, looks delish and perfect! I love cream of wheat.

LOL - that is so hilarious. I can so identify with the cream of wheat thing. Thanks - after a long day, this totally brought a grin to my face!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI used to love cream of wheat as a kid. I always thought it was a more preferable option to oatmeal, which was too goopy for my little palette.
ReplyDeleteLove your hydrangeas!! I'm sure it's great fun clicking pics like that!
ReplyDeleteCan you come over to my house and make cream of wheat? You do make it look as good as Martha! Just don't bring the weather with you when you come, please!
ReplyDeleteHi Jenn! Love your first photo, as I'm a "Cream of Wheat" kind of gal, but my family just doesn't get it...go figure! Nothing brightens up a kitchen like a bouquet of beautiful flowers! Thanks for stopping by, following and linking up...following you back! Have a wonderful weekend!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! Cheers from your newest follower.
ReplyDeleteLove that you have given yourself a new moniker! I love, love the pic of the colorful pencil crayons. I hope many cards and letters have been created with these. visiting via Friday flash blog party.
ReplyDeleteFollowing back from Aloha Friday! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteBetter than I. I need to be reminded to take pictures at all. I took hundreds of pictures of my son, but my daughter, I don't take even a quarter. I feel bad. I want to start this someday... ah, someday.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! Following from Aloha Friday. I will certainly be a new follower :)

Ha! Love the pencil OCD. My family have been known to ask if they are ok to commence eating or do I need to take a pic first. Very embarrassing when we are eating with someone who doesn't 'get' blogging.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! Even the Cream of Wheat! Stop by the Weekend Blog hop at the Wondering Brain! :-)
ReplyDeleteI might be the only one, but I think if you post a picture of food there should be a rule that you have to post the recipe...since there's not a rule...you could be really nice and post (or email me?) a recipe for those biscuits and a couple weeks ago maybe it was a loaf of apple bread? Both look delicious!
ReplyDeleteMy husband is always teasing me for taking pictures of everything. He just doesn't understand what it's like to be a blogger, hahah!
ReplyDeleteI get that saying all the time... Are you really taking a picture of that.. yes I am, you never know when you will need those pictures.
ReplyDeleteI am nominating you the Sunshine award, to find out what you will have to do, head over to my blog.
