I like the quote from Mr. Rogers...never heard it before, but it's perfect for kids. Pinned :)

  2. I absolutely love this quote by Mr. Rogers. His mother was 100% correct but it still stinks that bad things have to happen in order to often see the good in others.

  4. Fred Rogers' Mom was very wise. How sad that her lesson is so often needed.

  5. Jenn, I may be on the other side of the world but we are all affected by the events at the Boston Marathon - so random, so horrible. Thinking of all my friends in the US today.

  6. I love that quote. It is so true. There are always people helping. Which means, when tragedy strikes, the good in people shines through. We take action. That's something to be said when all else we see in the world is evil.

  19. I'm so sick about what happened in Boston. It's a city I love, and I have family there. Violence needs to end! On a good note, we just got home from a lovely vacation to Colorado and Arizona and I will be posting some pictures soon. I hope you are finally getting some nice weather, Jenn. It's nice to be back blogging again!
